The ACC requires homeowners of the Los Prados Community to submit an application for any exterior changes to their property, except for maintenance & emergency projects.

A $250.00 check deposit is required. Deposit check will be cashed and returned at the end of the project, provided the street and/or construction areas are left in a clean condition after work is completed and inspected.
You will need to submit this completion form in order to receive your refund. Once your completion form is received, an ACC member will do a final inspection and remove the orange tag off your lamppost. Please allow 30 days for refund to be issued.
The ACC meets on the 2nd & 4th Wednesday of each month.
Submissions for consideration must be submitted by end of day Monday prior to the Wednesday scheduled meeting.

For wrought iron fencing projects, the ACC requires wrought iron to be painted to match the common area fences. The Los Prados Beige color is available from Sherwin-Williams, Dunn Edwards or the color can be matched from any paint supply store but must match the Los Prados approved beige color.

The Los Prados Community is located in the Northwest Las Vegas Valley and was developed in the 1980’s. There are a total of 1,358 homes and 21 Villages. Four villages are Age Restricted.
Los Prados is a guard gated community with a main entrance located on Lone Mountain Road and a back gate entrance located on Ann Road. Both entrances are staffed with security 7 days a week and 24 hours a day, along with a patrolling rover.
Our beautifully maintained 18-Hole golf course is just under 6,000 yards. Residents receive preferred pricing and tee times for golf. The Golf Course is also open to the public.
The 19th Hole Restaurant located in the Clubhouse has a lounge along with gaming machines. The restaurant is open Monday through Saturday from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and on Sunday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
The 10th tee box is a beautiful setting for wedding ceremonies. The Clubhouse also has a full service banquet facility for wedding receptions and a conference rooms for corporate meetings and seminars.
The Clubhouse has a library and is kept current through generous donations from residents and maintained completely by our volunteers.
In 2014 the Tennis Courts were renovated and Pickle Ball and Shuffleboard were added.
The Los Prados Circle is a 2.2 mile walking path around the community. Many residents can be seen jogging in the morning or taking their pets for a walk.
There are two pools located near the Clubhouse which are open year round. Both pools are heated and include a heated spa as well. Pool keys are $5 and can be purchased at the front desk.
Located near the back entrance, is the RV Lot with 205 RV spaces. Our RV lot is for Los Prados residents only. Please see the front desk for details.
The monthly assessment is $202.00 due on the first day of each month. If you live in an age restricted village you will pay an additional fee to your sub association, ask Front Desk for more information.
